Practical

Carnival holiday period,  Eastern holiday period, Autumn holiday periode and Christmas holiday period: 400€ /  week.

50% advance payment when reservation is made.  The remaining 50% latest 14 days before departure.

We ask a security deposit of 300€. 

After your departure, the apartment will be checked and if everything is ok, this security deposit is refunded.  If there is damage, the keys are lost or an extra cleaning is needed, this deposit will not be refunded.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment.  Guests are invited to smoke on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed.
